Hi! I’m Lauren!

I’m a Cincinnati-based actor, singer, dancer, content creator, and fitness instructor with a BFA in Musical Theatre from Wright State University. I have performed with regional theaters and appeared in films and national commercials. I’m currently signed with NexGen Talent Agency.

I’m also building my creative career behind the scenes, blending storytelling and strategy as a content creator, brand strategist, and fashion stylist.

Additionally, I’m a certified yoga instructor and fitness coach, where I combine movement, mindfulness, and performance in my classes.
