Lauren Everett was raised by music, film, and words. From the timeless elegance of Audrey Hepburn to the lyrical genius of Stephen Sondheim, from the witty storytelling brilliance of Jane Austen to the genre-bending magic of Taylor Swift—these are the voices that shaped her, inspired her, and continue to fuel her every day.
Lauren is an actor, singer, dancer, model, content creator, customer service advocate, fashion and romance novel lover, fitness instructor —and above all, a storyteller. Whether performing onstage, crafting brand campaigns, or leading a class, her work is grounded in the belief that great communication transcends medium—it connects, moves, and transforms.
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Lauren’s creative journey began early. She trained in the Theatre Preparatory Department at the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music (CCM) from the age of seven until the end of High School, and later graduated from Wright State University with a BFA in Acting with Musical Theatre Emphasis. Her training taught her to listen deeply—to music, to movement, and to emotion—and to let that guide her performance.
“I love how I can listen to a song, musical theatre or not, notice what’s happening technically, and say to myself ‘where it changes here means a different intent,’” she says. “Music, acting, and communication don’t feel like three separate things anymore.”
In addition to her work as a freelance actor—most recently in Chicago with her agency Babes ‘n Beaus Model & Talent —Lauren is also a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200) and a fitness coach. She currently teaches at Through the Body Fitness in West Town, Chicago, where she leads Restore and Sculpt. Her approach blends mindful movement, breath work, and performance energy, creating a class experience that feels both grounding and empowering.
Outside the studio and stage, Lauren is a retail and brand strategist. She manages STEELY Boutique in Chicago’s Wicker Park, overseeing content creation, customer experience, merchandising, and seasonal storytelling that drives business outcomes. Previously, she helped grow the voice and reach of Kismet O’Bryonville in Cincinnati, leading omnichannel marketing and elevating both online and in-store presence.
No matter the role—onstage, onscreen, in front of a class, or behind a brand—Lauren brings presence, empathy, and clarity. She believes creativity isn’t limited to art—it’s how we solve problems, connect with others, and make meaning in a noisy world.
