Lauren had the opportunity to be a part of her first music video, collaborating with her good friends Jenna Vayln and Chris Hahn, whom she also worked with at the Nerve Theatre doing Friend Art. Lauren enjoys nothing more than creating art with her community, and this video is truly a reflection of that.

Lauren had the opportunity to be a part of a narrative podcast in Chicago and even bring out her RP dialect playing Harriet, John’s sister! All five episodes are now live and streaming on major platforms. She is featured on Episodes 1, 3, 4, and 5.

TTB Fitness on WGN’s Daytime Chicago

Lauren had the privilege of joining her TTB Fitness Team on WGN Chicago to promote the studio! Through the Body Dance & Fitness is a studio located in the West Town neighborhood with the mission to bring movement to the masses and prove that everyone is a dancer. Together with her team, they answered questions and demonstrated what it’s like to take a Dance Cardio class.
Teaching at TTB Fitness

Lauren is now teaching part-time at Through the Body Fitness in West Town, Chicago! At first starting as a student, she now uses her Yoga Training to teach the Restore class twice on Thursdays at 7pm, and Sundays at 10am. She also teaches Sculpt, a full-body low impact workout class, on Tuesdays at 7pm.

Lauren has just recently signed with agency Babes n’ Beaus Model and Talent, located in Chicago, IL. She is so excited for all of the possibilities to come through this new representation! BNB is a SAG-AFTRA affiliate agency in which Lauren will be submitted for print, commercial, TV, and film opportunities.
